Well Luvlies… December is upon us – let the festive latte drinking and holiday planning begin! We’ve had an unusually warm November this year (not complaining) but, I must say I’m the kind of girl who wishes for a very white Christmas every year! Nothing beats the crunch of snow beneath your boots, or the glitter of freshly fallen snow under the street lamps at night.
This month’s watercolour-themed calendar features a wintery gust of snowflakes! Admittedly, we all grow weary of the seemingly never-ending winter season, but until then, each flake is like a little piece of magic – touch it and it’s gone!
There are so many ways to enjoy the winter, and it is the Canadian challenge to make the most of the seasons we’re given. If you’re fond of wine (and who isn’t, really?) I suggest you catch the last weekends of Wassail in Prince Edward County. You may also fancy a traipse around the forest in search of a worthy Christmas tree, or a skate with your loved ones before sipping hot cocoa.
And don’t forget to catch a snowflake on your tongue!
